BellaCandles are eligible for return for the following reasons:
- if the wick has not been burned, broken, or altered for any reason.
- Wick has been burned, broken, or used prior to arrival.
- Wax has major dents and scratches over a half inch length.
- Container/jar is cracked or broken.
Returns are accepted if we are contacted within 7 days upon delivery of the BellaCandles. Shipping is generally not refunded. Once the refund is processed it may take between 5-7 days to reflect in your account, but depending on your issuing bank, it may also take few weeks, we advise to check with your bank from time to time.
Items returned beyond the 7 day return policy are ineligible for a refund and will only receive store credit for the purchase cost of the candle.
If you are returning the candle after it has been delivered please make sure you get a return tracking number. This will make sure your package returns safely to our warehouse.
If you have rejected a parcel, the tracking number it originally had will continue to be used. Once you see it has begun it's return course you should send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the package is being returned.
If you have received a broken candle we require photos of it and may ask for pictures of the packaging and /or the box it was shipped in. We cannot help you if we cannot get pictures of the broken candle. We advise you to NOT throw anything away until you have a new order in route or until a refund is processed. Once you take a few pictures email them to email@example.com with a short message letting us know the scent and any additional details you feel are relevant. We will reply back with additional instructions.
